Hope & Mental Health: 7 Prophetic Promises | Elder Holland, and others
Seven promises from Church leaders for anyone facing depression, anxiety or discouragement: three from Elder Jeffrey R. Holland’s “Like a Broken Vessel,” and others from Reyna I. Aburto, Russell M. Nelson, Dieter F. Uchtdorf and D. Todd Christofferson. They teach that it is appropriate to seek help from God, from those around you and from medical and mental health professionals, that you are never alone, and that hope is never lost.
